How it works........
If you want to advertise your property.
If you are looking to advertise a property then you will need to take 3 digital photographs of your property. We recommend you take one of the front, one of the rear garden and one of the room with the best "wow" factor. If, however, you do not have a rear garden or do not wish to include a photograph of it then choose another room with the next "wow" factor. Remember that you are trying to attract people to your property and inspire them to want to view it. The next thing you must do is write a brief description of your property, an example is shown below as a guideline for you:
"A traditional three bedroom semi-detached property situated in a cul-de-sac position, close to local shops and amenities. The property benefits from having double glazing, gas central heating, single garage as well as off-road parking, good size lounge, re-fitted kitchen and separate utility. Asking price £225,000"
Once you have collated all this, then you can proceed to the 'Send property details' section of this site and follow the instructions. (Don't forget you will also need to order your HIP)
You will then need to make a payment in our 'Make a Payment' section of this website, your property will not be authorised and advertised until this payment is cleared. Once payment is cleared your property will be advertised for 3 months. The date of commencement of your billed period is from the date your property is first advertised on this website. You will be sent a confirmation email that payment has been received and confirmation that your property is appearing on the website.
If you want to register your details to find a property.
Go to the 'Registration Form' section of this website and supply the information requested. Once you have done this proceed to the 'Make a payment' section of this website and make the appropriate registration payment as detailed in the 'Our Charges' section. Once your payment has cleared, you will be notified of your sucessful registration and you will be alerted by email if a property becomes available that matches your requirements.
If you are interested in a property you see on this webiste.
You will need to complete the registration details and make payment as detailed above, but in your requirements you should state the code of the property you are interested in. Once your payment has cleared then your contact details will be forwarded to the vendor of the property who will contact you to either supply further information or arrange for you to view.
If you require an online estimate valuation.
Complete the 'Online Valuation' section of this website supplying all necessary information requested. Then go to the 'Make a Payment' section of this website and make the appropriate payment. Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an estimate valuation by email which will also detail other comparable evidence of properties which have sold in your area. If your property has any special features then it is important that you detail these in case it affects the valuation.
