Online Estimated Valuation
Please enter your email address, the FULL address of the property on which you wish to receive a valuation into the 'Subject' section, and then a fairly detailed descrtiption of your property in the 'Message' section. (Refer to our 'How it Works' section for an example). You may want to include some photographs of the property or any special features you wish to be taken into account with the valuation.
You will receive your estimated valuation by email to the email address you provided us with within 3 working days. Supporting evidence will may also be provided with the valuation. If we have any queries about your valuation we will contact you by email should we require any further information.
Once you have submitted your property details for valuation you must go to our 'Make a Payment' section of this website and click on the appropriate payment button.
