On this site we only charge for the service(s) you require from us.
If you register your details with us to assist you to find your dream home, your details will be stored for 3 months and any properties matching your criteria will be emailed to you accordingly. The cost of this service is currently £5.00
If you see a property advertised on here that you think might be suitable for you, you should complete the registration form and detail the code of the property you are interested in. If you are already registered with us within your 3 month period then you will not need to make a payment for this. If, however, you are not registered with us already you will need to make a payment of £5.00 to register your interest in the property, but this will also register your details with us for 3 months and you will not need to make a payment for details of any other properties you may be interested in within your 3 month period.
If you require an online estimated valuation of your property then you should fully complete the sections provided and then make a payment of £15.00 .
To advertise your property, complete all the necessary sections as fully as possible and then make a payment of £30.00 . Your property will then be advertised on this website for 3 months from the date of first appearance. You will receive confirmation by email of your posting on the website.
We accept payment by most major credit/debit cards or through a Paypal account. All transactions are secure and conducted through the encrypted secure Paypal site.
Once you have made a payment for any of our services you will be returned to our website displaying a page that will confirm that your payment is being processed. Once the payment has been received and cleared your instructions will be carried out accordingly with the service you have requested. Please make a note in the general notes section when paying of the service you are paying for, please make sure that the name you supply at payment is the same as the one you have stated on the enquiry form.
